Spiffy Gear acquired by Imaging Brands, parent company of Tether Tools

Israel-based lighting company Spiffy Gear has announced that it has been acquired by Tether Tools parent company Imaging Brands. This sees Spiffy Gear partnering with brands like the aforementioned login tools, Frio – also acquired last year – and Smart Shooter login software.

Imaging Brands says that “the acquisition of Spiffy Gear is part of Imaging Brands’ strategic growth plants for the professional photo and video markets” and that the Spiffy Gear team and product line will help them to maintain their commitment to “improving the imaging experience for professionals.” and enthusiasts ”.
